Police continue to seek information on the woman and describe her as black, 30 to 40 years old, with a large build. She was wearing a black puffy coat, perhaps filled with down, with a hemline above the knee, and a black pill box-style hat with earflaps.

Anyone who may know the woman described by police, or who may have information relating to the case, is asked to call police at 240-773-5070 or Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 800-673-2777. Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest and indictment of the suspect or suspects. The victim's family has offered another Ten Thousand dollars, also, without the need to reveal one's identity to collect rewards for coming forward.
